Riverside County, CA – Department of Social Services

As a subcontractor to Training Development Associates, a HUD technical assistance provider, we assisted Riverside County to develop a comprehensive scope of work for inclusion into an HMIS Vendor procurement process.

Together, we conducted community-level facilitation and discovery processes with staff of the Riverside County Department of Social Services and the local HMIS user community, and further prepared an evaluation of current system-level gaps incorporating the desired functionalities identified by local stakeholders.
