Redding/Shasta, CA – Continuum of Care

Working with community stakeholders comprised of counties, cities and service providers, we assisted the seven-county Northern California Continuum of Care to articulate their unfulfilled HMIS technology needs and conduct a procurement process resulting in the selection of the advanced HMIS platform, ServicePoint by Wellsky.

In partnership with High Sierra Grants, Plumas CA, we co-authored the CoC’s first State of CA Emergency Solutions Grant submission in 2017. Working with CoC Strategist, Tony Gardner we authored the the CA-516  2018 CoC Collaborative Application resulting in more money – ask Kristen!
