Lake County, CA – Continuum of Care and HMIS Capacity Building

From 2019 to present we’ve worked with Continuum of Care CA-529, Lake County CA to procure, implement and train the community on Social Solutions Group, Apricot 360. Our work encompasses implementation management, EHV Program design and deployment, Coordinated Entry design and build of system coordination. We’ve provided curriculum for HMIS end-users and data sets for the CoC membership reliant on the learning principles of SAP Design Thinking models  and Acumen.org, a nonprofit working to changing the way the world tackles poverty and building a world based on dignity.
