Alameda County Partners Bitfocus Implementation

From 2017-2018 Decipher worked with Alameda County partners working to end homelessness to implement Clarity Human Services BitFocus.

Our role encompassed all aspects of system implementation including project plan development and monitoring and the status of tactical assignments. We worked with key Continuum of Care, Alameda County Care Connect and Housing and Community Development leadership design and launched  Alameda’s initial Coordinated Entry pilot, later migrating the CES prioritization list and HMIS history to new federally mandated HMIS.

We created detailed technology implementation plans with specifications, data migration policies and HMIS end user training.
