for a non-political discussion with Tom Wolf and and Paul Webster to clarify Recovery Advocacy in the work of homeless services and bring forth new housing concepts for our unsheltered community, accompanied by comparisons/contrasts to Housing First.
Tom Wolf is a Bay Area native and addict in recovery, nationally recognized as an expert on substance use and who advocates to increase assistance for persons experiencing addiction and homelessness.
Paul Webster is a former HUD Senior Policy Advisor and founder of Hope Street Coalition, which advocates for changes to policies of homelessness assistance and mental illness and addiction treatment. Paul promotes greater flexibility and investment in approaches to homelessness that tie housing to outcomes and clinical improvement.
